Hey. It’s Friday, and frankly there’s not a lot going on in the podcast space right now, as everyone’s on holiday or prepping for Podcast Movement. Speaking of, I’ll be attending virtually next week, so will bring you any juicy tidbits I find, and of course if you want to network in the virtual lobby, you can look me up by name.

I said there was no big news, but there is still some stuff you need to know about, so let’s get straight to it.

Before I leave you, I have a book recommendation for you. Part of the next phase of my career is to help increase podcasters’ creative confidence. A book I was introduced to last week has really helped me in that regard. It’s called Big Magic, and it’s by Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat Pray Love. It’s all about the ways in which we get in our own heads and convince ourselves that our voice isn’t important or it’s already been said or done before. It’s an inspiring, fun and warm read, and I have Michelle Grant of the Great Full to thank for the recommendation.

Have a great weekend, and don’t forget to send in your big podcasting question!
