Most of us are drowning in subscriptions right now, so the good news is you just pay once for a season pass, which lasts for three months, or an annual pass, which lasts for a year. Once your pass has expired, you'll be invited to renew it, but you won't be automatically billed.
You'll be invited to join us for monthly group video calls where you can bring your podcasting questions to Mark and the group. You'll also have access to video courses, a library of interactive tools and resources to help plan, run, and grow your podcast, access to a mastermind group with other Podcode+ members, and discounted services.
Both passes give you exactly the same access to content and events. The season pass is designed for people who just want a bit of help getting started, and the annual pass is there for those who want ongoing support, guidance and the ability to network with and learn from other podcasters.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, like Visa, MasterCard, and so on. Lots of us don't use credit cards, but often your main bank card will work just fine. We also take Apple Pay. We don't accept PayPal at the moment, but we may do in the future.
We use Stripe as our payment provider, which is fast and secure, and means we never see your card or bank details.
You'll be asked if you want to renew your pass. If you choose not to, you'll lose access to the courses, tools, and other resources offered to Podcode+ members. But we'll keep your details on file so you can come back, renew your pass and pick up where you left off.
If you feel like you didn't get the service you were hoping for, you'll have personal contact with Mark so you can discuss any issues. If they can't be resolved and you're still unhappy, you'll be issued a refund for any time remaining on your pass.
